Bring your difference
Each year, we select some of the brightest and best graduates to join our international Global Graduate Programme.
We are BAT. One of the world’s leading multi-category consumer goods business, with brands sold in over 175 markets. And we bring together the world’s brightest and best minds.
That’s why we value uniqueness. If you’re ambitious, our future leader development programmes in the fields of Marketing, Human Resources, Finance and Government & Corporate Affairs allow you to achieve your full potential and give you the opportunity to become an outstanding leader in a world-class business. The programme consists of the twelve-month Global Graduate Programme, as well as twelve months of further individual development which will help you to hone your skills to perfection. #WeGrowTalents
During the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to rise to the challenges in an array of projects, working with cross-market and cross-functional teams, under the supervision of your personal coach and mentor. Furthermore, you’ll be attending our global BAT Academy where you will meet up with all our graduates worldwide and have sessions with our international senior leaders. #GrowWithOurInternationalOpportunities - it’s tough. It’s fast-paced. And it’ll stretch you to the limit. The only question is: are you up for the challenge?
Aline Brill joined BAT as a Global Graduate in Marketing in September 2020: “After my studies, I was looking for a job that could offer me diverse responsibilities, an international working environment, as well as the opportunity to grow from new challenges. With the Global Graduate Programme, I have found exactly this: A job that has allowed me to thrive and leverage my potential since day one. The different rotations, and the close collaboration with various internal departments and customers help me to gain greater business insights and to learn to see the bigger picture. I am truly encouraged to drive my own projects and actively shape the business. Another important positive factor for me is the BAT community - working together with amazing colleagues towards the same goals, trusting and supporting each other makes working at BAT is a wonderful experience!”
What we offer:
Each of our International Management Programmes will kick off with an intensive onboarding at our German headquarters in Hamburg, including a field force assignment to gain profound, hands-on experience. This will be followed by several rotations throughout the various departments with the possibility to also perform international assignments aboard.
The goal after successful completion of the programme is to take over a management role within our Central Europe North (CEN) Area.
The following example rotation plans serve as an example to offer better insight into the various International Management Programmes:
In this programme, you will be at the leading edge to analyse and assess how regulation impacts our business. You will learn what “corporate communication” entails and how we drive the transformation of our business towards #ABetterTomorrow - both internally and externally.
